James Wooten Killed In Wake Village, TX Accident

The crash is under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on May 4 in Wake Village, Texas. James Robert Wooten lost his life in a hit-and-run collision at U.S. Highway 67 and Kelly Road. A motorcycle traveling westbound was hit by an eastbound vehicle and as a result, the rider, identified as James, was thrown off the bike and into the ditch. Tragically, Wooten was pronounced dead at the scene. An investigation into the crash is underway. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
