Suspect charged in crash that killed father and child

A tragic accident occurred on September 10 in Vancouver, Washington, when 73-year-old James Paulson was arrested following a DUI crash on Northeast 137th Avenue near 65th Street. Authorities said Paulson was driving recklessly when he struck a father and his 6-year-old child, killing both at the scene. He now faces two counts of vehicular homicide and DUI. The investigation remains ongoing.
