James Allen Charged In Odessa, TX Accident

Crash at 67th St caused by intoxicated driver

Tragic accident that occurred on December 3 in Odessa, Texas. James Thomas Allen was charged in a crash at 67th Street and Dixie Boulevard. The victim was struck from behind by a Chevrolet pickup truck driven by Allen. He was apprehended and arrested on suspicion of failure to stop and render aid resulting in serious bodily injury, intoxication assault and evading arrest.
