Jamal Holmes Injured In Wood, OH Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on December 3 in Wood, Ohio. Jamal Holmes was transported to the hospital following a motor vehicle collision on Interstate 75. A 2008 Cadillac SRX was traveling northbound when the driver lost control and crashed, causing the vehicle to become disabled when a 2014 Ford Fusion then slammed into it. Another vehicle — a 2010 Toyota Camry — then struck the Ford. The Toyota driver, Jamal Holmes, was transported to Wood County Hospital. While the circumstances surrounding the crash are still under investigation, officers said alcohol was suspected as a contributing factor. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
