Jadyn Boyd lost her life when the vehicle she was a passenger in overturned along FM-2053. A 15-year-old was operating a pickup truck traveling west when the driver lost control of the vehicle and crossed to the eastbound shoulder. The driver overcorrected and swerved back across the roadway. The truck went into a skid and overturned into a ditch on the south side of the road. Jadyn Boyd was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash remains under investigation.
