Isaiah Ortega-Dage Killed In Desert Hot Springs, CA Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on Saturday, September 11 in Desert Hot Springs, California. 23-year-old Isaiah Ortega-Dage was tragically killed in a hit and run crash on Palm Drive. The victim was a passenger in a Sedan that pulled over onto the right shoulder. The victim exited the vehicle and walked around to the driver side. That is when he was struck by a Nissan pick up truck that fled the scene. The driver was later found and arrested for possible DUI. Ortega was a student at Shadow Hills High School where he played football. The school said in a statement that “Isaiah’s years at Shadow Hill were the years that the foundation of our football program was being laid."  We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
