Tragic accident that occurred on April 25th in Montgomery, New York. Homer Baker lost his life when he was struck by a forklift at L&W Supply located on Bracken Road. No further details were immediately available. The accident remains under investigation by the Town of Montgomery Police, the New York State Police, and the Orange County Medical Examiners Office.
