Tragic accident that occurred on October 26 in Galveston, Texas. Henry Torres Sr. was tragically killed in a hit-and-run accident while crossing Seawall Boulevard. Police later arrested Arianna Kopecky  who allegedly hit Torres and fled the scene. Kopecky was arrested for driving while intoxicated and collision involving death. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
