Tragic accident that occurred on October 5 in Central Islip, New York. Gina Ross was seriously injured after being struck by a hit-and-run dark-colored sedan on Suffolk Avenue at Hawthorne Avenue. Ross was taken to South Shore University Hospital for treatment of her injuries. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
