Suspect Charged After Fatal Crash

A tragic accident occurred on August 16 in Midland, Texas, when 40-year-old Gilbert Perez was arrested for intoxication manslaughter. The crash happened around 12:44 a.m. on North Midland Drive, where Perez, driving a Ford F-250, struck a Jeep Wrangler stopped at a red light. Sadly, the 32-year-old woman driving the Jeep died at the scene. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
