Gerald Wolter Killed In Richland, ND Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on March 13 in Richland, North Dakota. Gerald Wolter lost his life in a multi-vehicle crash along Highway 13. 51-year-old Wolter stopped to help another motorist whose vehicle was stuck in a snow drift. As the men were attaching a tow strap to the vehicles, they were struck by a pickup truck driven by a 50-year-old man. A third vehicle was sideswiped by the truck. Both the stranded driver and the man who came to his aid were killed in the crash. The accident remains under investigation by state troopers.  We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim
