Gerald Filcher Killed In Crawford, NY Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on September 23 in Crawford, New York. Gerald Filcher was tragically killed in a crash with an International truck on Route 17K when he was struck by the eastbound truck, which crossed over the center of the roadway. Sadly, Filcher was pronounced dead at the scene. The accident remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
