Geneva Fernandez Injured In Visalia, CA Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on April 2 in Visalia, California. Geneva Fernandez was injured by an alleged impaired driver along Hillman Street. A 25-year-old Tulare man was driving a 2016 Honda HR-V when it crashed into the rear of a Dodge in the area of Oakdale Avenue. The impact caused the Honda to overturn. Fernandez and her passenger suffered major injuries. The driver was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and was booked into the Tulare County Pretrial Adult Facility. The accident remains under investigation by CHP. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
