Tragic accident that occurred on Thursday, October 7th at around 10:40 PM in Birmingham, Alabama. Diane E. Parks was tragically killed after being struck by the unknown driver of a Toyota Camry in the 2500 block of 16th Street. Another pedestrian was also struck, but their condition was not immediately known. The crash remains under investigation and we send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
