Derrick Flanders Killed In Sunset Beach, CA Accident

The wreck remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on August 27th in Sunset Beach, California. Derrick Deon Flanders was tragically struck and killed by a Huntington Beach police officer near North Pacific Avenue and Broadway. The officer was on his way to a call. Flanders was rushed to the hospital, where he later died. The California Highway Patrol (CHP) is investigating the accident.  We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
