David Norris Killed In Minneapolis, MN Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on January 12 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. David P. Norris was tragically struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver near the intersection of South Cedar Avenue and East Nokomis Parkway. Sadly, Norris, a librarian for St. Catherine University was pronounced dead at the scene. The Minneapolis Police Department is actively pursuing the hit-and-run driver.
