Tragic accident that occurred on January 11 in Fort Payne, Alabama. David Alexander Elkins was killed when he was hit by a vehicle while walking in the 4100 block of Williams Avenue Northeast. Sadly, Elkins succumbed to his injuries at the site of the crash. A GoFundMe page was created to assist the family with associated costs. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
