Daniel Harris Killed In Watertown, MI Accident

Pedestrian struck on S. Wacousta Road

Tragic accident that occurred on May 18 in Watertown, Michigan. Daniel Harris died after Ashley Marie Monroe allegedly slammed into them as they walked along the shoulder of S. Wacousta Road. 15 people, including six children, were walking together when Ashley, who is believed to have been drunk, crashed into the pedestrians. She then fled without regard for the victims. Daniel Harris was killed in the wreck. Monroe was stopped by deputies several miles from the crash site. She was arrested and booked into Clinton County Jail on multiple charges.
