Tragic accident that occurred on March 12 in Bismarck, North Dakota. Daniel Brennan was arrested after a pedestrian was seriously injured in a hit-and-run accident in the 1000 block of North 12th Street. Brennan was arrested after admitting to having driven the car that struck the man in the 1000 block of North 12th Street. The victim was found in the street with a large head wound.
