Woman loses life in multi-vehicle Highway 171 crash

A tragic accident occurred on June 27 in Parker County, Texas, when Claudie Walton was killed in a multi-vehicle accident on Highway 171. According to DPS, a speeding pickup truck struck a Hyundai Kona, pushing it into oncoming traffic, where it hit a Chevy Malibu carrying Walton and another victim, Dorthey McGee. The pickup driver was arrested in connection with the crash. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
