Christopher Taylor Killed In Monroe, MI Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on May 25 in Monroe, Michigan. Christopher Taylor died when his motorcycle was struck by an alleged impaired driver along Interstate 75. The accident occurred when a Chevrolet Malibu – which was reported as moving at a high rate of speed – sideswiped the bike near Bay Creek Road. The impact caused the motorcycle to hit a concrete barrier wall in the median. The Chevrolet also crashed after the collision with the bike. Taylor was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead. The car driver, a 55-year-old Toledo, Ohio man was arrested on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and was booked into the Monroe County Jail. The accident remains under investigation.
