Christopher Kelly Kills Victim In Arlington, TX DUI Accident

Kelly charged with intoxication manslaughter

Tragic accident that occurred on Sunday, December 27 at around 2 AM in Arlington Texas. An on identified man was tragically killed When his vehicle was struck by Christopher Kelly who was allegedly under the influence. The crash occurred in the 200 block of S. State Highway 360 when the unidentified victim was removing his seatbelt to get out of his car after his vehicle became disabled. It was then that he was struck, and sadly pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not yet been released pending the notification of his family. One other victim was injured in the crash, and Kelly was arrested for intoxication manslaughter. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim
