Christina Mikeska Injured in Angelina County, TX Accident

Struck on U.S. Highway 69

A tragic accident occurred on November 18 in Angelina County, Texas, when Christina Mikeska was seriously injured in a two-vehicle crash on U.S. Highway 69 near Lufkin. One of the other victims was 83-year-old Helen Daniel, who later died from her injuries. Mikeska was driving a Chevrolet Tahoe when a Kia Sportage exited a private driveway without yielding and struck her vehicle. She was hospitalized with possible life-threatening injuries.
