Charles Mullins Killed In Los Angeles, CA Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on December 9 in Los Angeles, California. Charles Mullins was struck and killed by a motor vehicle on the Third Street off-ramp from the Harbor Freeway. The driver remained at the scene to cooperate. Mullins was pronounced dead at the scene by the Los Angeles Fire Department. The accident remains under investigation.
