Charles Kudla Killed In Raleigh, NC Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on March 7 in Raleigh, North Carolina. Charles Kudla died when he was hit by a vehicle while in a crosswalk at the intersection of Capital Boulevard and Spring Forest Road. Sadly, Kudla died from injuries he sustained in the crash. The driver of the Jeep, 19-year-old Jubril Parks was charged with death by motor vehicle, failure to reduce speed for a pedestrian, and unsafe movement. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
