Charles 'Chuck' Johnson died after he was struck by a hit-and-run motorist on Towne Lane Parkway. He was riding his bicycle when he was hit by a vehicle whose driver fled the scene. Sadly, Johnson died from injuries he sustained in the collision. Authorities say they identified a suspect and charged a 24-year-old man with 1st-degree vehicular homicide, driving under the influence, felony hit-and-run, tampering with evidence, reckless driving, and false statements.
