Cecil Blesh O’neal lost her life when she was struck by a hit-and-run driver in the 9500 block of McCombs Street. The driver fled the scene after the collision. The suspect vehicle was described as a 2004 to 2014 Maroon Mitsubishi Galant with damage to the front right corner. The car is missing the right-side view mirror.
