Tragic accident that occurred on November 13 in Kathio Township, Minnesota. Cathy Ann Donovan was identified as the fatally injured victim of a pedestrian hit-and-run crash in the area of U.S. Highway 169. The driver fled from the scene before troopers arrived. The victim, identified as 56-year-old Cathy Ann Donovan was pronounced dead at the scene. MSP continues to search for the suspect. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
