Bryan Howard Charged In Dunnellon, FL Accident

8 people killed on State Road 40

Tragic accident that occurred on May 14 in Dunnellon, Florida.  Authorities have charged a 41-year-old man for the accident that tragically killed eight people on State Road 40. Bryan Maclean Howard was charged with DUI - manslaughter following a crash involving a Ford Ranger truck and a bus carrying farm workers. Troopers say a retired International school bus transporting 53 farm workers was westbound when an eastbound Ford Ranger driven by Howard collided with the bus in a sideswipe manner. The bus went off the road, through a fence and hit a tree before overturning. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
