Audrey Williams Killed In Jasper, TX Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on December 16 in Jasper, Texas. Audrey Williams was killed when a Cadillac attempted to make a pass in a no-passing zone along Highway 190. It collided head-on with a 2002 Nissan Sentra and overturned, trapping the passenger beneath it. The driver of the Nissan, Audrey Williams of Holly Springs, was transported to St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont where she succumbed to injuries. ALEA continues to investigate.  We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
