Antionette Hummel lost her life in a multi-vehicle accident involving an alleged impaired driver at the intersection of Brookdale Boulevard and Black Horse Pike. A Ford Edge operated by 33-year-old Brendan Haas collided with a GMC Terrain. After impact, the Ford traveled across the median and crashed into a Nissan Rogue. A passenger in the GMC, identified as 81-year-old Antionette Hummel, sadly died from injuries she sustained in the crash.
