Anita Durgan injured in Port Townsend, Washington Accident

19 year- old driver cited for failure to yield to a pedestrian

Tragic accident that occurred on Wednesday, December 2 at around 5:10 PM in Port Townsend Washington. 57-year-old Anita Durgan was injured after being hit by a vehicle on an illuminated crosswalk near First Federal Bank. 19-year-old Charles long failed to yield to the pedestrian while driving a 2006 pick up. Medics transported Durkin to Harborview medical center. She remains in stable condition there. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim
