Alex Garcia Arrested In Tulare, CA Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on February 20 in Tulare, California. Alex Garcia was arrested in connection with a DUI-related motor vehicle crash at the intersection of J Street and Cartmill Avenue. Investigators said that 31-year-old Alex Garcia was driving at a high rate of speed when he failed to stop at a red light and broadsided another vehicle. Despite life-saving attempts by first responders, the second driver, a 37-year-old man, succumbed to injuries. Garcia was determined to be under the influence of alcohol and was arrested. He was booked into South Tulare County Detention Facility on suspicion of felony DUI and voluntary manslaughter. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
