Tragic accident that occurred on Thursday, October 5 at around 5:30 AM in Los Angeles, California. Abraham Espinoza Velasco was arrested in connection with a crash after he struck and killed a 60-year-old woman after running a red light near the intersection of Nordhoff Street and Hayvenhurst Avenue in a stolen Range Rover. The woman was tragically pronounced dead at the scene. Velasco initially fled the scene but was later apprehended and charged with murder.
