A tragic accident occurred on June 3 in Bakersfield, California, when Ramiro Gutierrez-Ramos allegedly fled from a traffic stop in a GMC truck and entered an intersection at East Panama Lane and Tejon Highway. Authorities said the truck collided with another vehicle, killing the driver at the scene. Gutierrez-Ramos was arrested after attempting to flee on foot and faces multiple charges, including vehicular manslaughter and felony evading. The investigation is ongoing.
