Oscar Fraga Arrested in Salinas, CA Accident

Suspect faces charges after reckless driving causes multi-vehicle crash

A serious accident occurred on July 26 in Salinas, California, when Oscar Fraga, 40, allegedly fled police after an assault and ran a red light on North Main Street, causing a multi-vehicle crash. Several people, including children, were injured and hospitalized in stable condition. Fraga was also hospitalized and is expected to face charges including felony evading, driving on a suspended DUI license, battery, and possible DUI.  We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
