A tragic accident occurred on February 26 in Los Angeles, California, when Orlando Larios was arrested after his vehicle fatally struck a pedestrian at Ninth Street and Towne Avenue. Police said Larios, 22, drove a red Nissan Kicks wrong-way around 2:10 a.m., hitting the unidentified victim, who died at the scene. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
