Misael Lara-Moya Arrested in San Jose, CA Accident

Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in Rose Glen Neighborhood Incident

An arrest was made following a hit-and-run accident on June 9 in San Jose, California. Authorities said Misael Lara-Moya made an illegal U-turn onto westbound Fruitdale Avenue in the Rose Glen neighborhood, striking a motorcyclist. Lara-Moya fled the scene, leaving the unidentified rider with major injuries. The victim was transported to the hospital for treatment. Lara-Moya was arrested two days later and charged with suspicion of felony hit and run. The investigation remains ongoing.
