A tragic accident occurred on December 26 in Panorama City, California, when 40-year-old Marlene Saravia-Bonilla was killed in a hit-and-run crash just before 5 a.m. Police said an unknown vehicle entered The Plant Shopping Center from Van Nuys Boulevard and struck Saravia-Bonilla. She died from her injuries at the scene. Authorities are searching for the driver. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
