A tragic accident occurred on August 20 in San Marcos, California, when a 22-year-old man was seriously injured in a DUI-related crash. Authorities reported that 42-year-old Manuel Leon Villanueva was arrested after attempting a reckless pass near Cox Road and Mulberry Drive, striking a car before colliding head-on with the victim’s Lexus. Police confirmed Villanueva faces DUI and felony charges.
