Passenger injured after vehicle crashes into parked car on Williams Street

A tragic accident occurred on June 11 in Eureka, California, when Leiada Masten allegedly crashed a vehicle into a parked car in the 2100 block of Williams Street. Authorities said a passenger suffered moderate injuries and was transported to a hospital for treatment. Masten was arrested on charges of felony DUI causing injury and DUI with a BAC of 0.08% or greater causing injury. The investigation is ongoing. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
