Driver arrested after fatal hit-and-run

A tragic accident occurred on August 20 in Palo Alto, California, when a motorcyclist was killed in a hit-and-run accident. According to CHP, Julian Adame Jr. was driving an Acura TL on southbound Highway 101 around 6:05 a.m. when he allegedly struck the motorcyclist and fled the scene. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Adame was later arrested in Cutler on suspicion of felony hit-and-run and vehicular manslaughter.
