Juan Torres Arrested in Victorville, CA Accident

Fatal Crash on Amargosa Road

A tragic accident occurred on December 2 in Victorville, California, when a male pedestrian was fatally struck around 6:29 p.m. near Amargosa Road and Civic Drive. Authorities said 23-year-old Juan Torres, driving a silver Volkswagen Jetta, fled the scene but was later arrested with help from the Sheriff’s Aviation Unit. The victim died at the scene. Victorville police’s Major Accident Investigation Team is handling the case. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
