Jeffrey Scott Lensing Arrested in Mount Shasta, CA Accident

DUI Hit-and-Run on Chestnut Street

A tragic accident occurred on January 4 in Mount Shasta, California, when an elderly woman was injured after being struck by a vehicle in the 200 block of Chestnut Street. Around 1:30 p.m., the suspect, 45-year-old Jeffrey Scott Lensing, allegedly fled the scene. Police later located him and determined he was intoxicated. Lensing was arrested on DUI, hit-and-run, and injury charges. Authorities are investigating.
