Head-on collision leaves driver seriously injured

A tragic accident occurred on December 28 in Redding, California, when a head-on collision left a driver seriously injured. Police said Hom Lotakhoon turned into a closed business driveway on Clear Creek Road and struck an oncoming Ram. The injured driver was taken to Mercy Medical Center. Authorities determined Lotakhoon was under the influence of narcotics and arrested him on felony DUI causing injury charges. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the injured victim.
