David Worthington Ross Arrested in San Luis Obispo County, CA Accident

One killed and two seriously injured in suspected DUI collision

A tragic accident occurred on August 26 in San Luis Obispo County, California, when David Worthington Ross was arrested following a suspected DUI accident that killed one person. According to CHP, Ross was driving a GMC Canyon the wrong way on Highway 101 around 11:25 p.m. when it collided head-on with a Dodge Charger. A 55-year-old passenger in the Dodge died at the scene. Ross was hospitalized with major injuries and arrested on suspicion of DUI. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
