Suspected drunken driver charged in fatal collision

A tragic accident occurred on December 14 in Valley Center, California, when a 35-year-old man was killed after exiting his disabled Toyota Highlander on Valley Center Road around 2 a.m. CHP reported that a northbound Dodge Ram, driven by Daniel Sanchez Ramos, drifted onto the shoulder and struck the Highlander, its driver, and a Harley Davidson rider. Ramos was arrested and faces multiple charges, including felony vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
