Cantor Yahancy Arrested in Victorville, CA Accident

Passenger seriously injured during CHP pursuit-related collision

A tragic accident occurred on June 11 in Victorville, California, when Cantor Yahancy allegedly fled a California Highway Patrol traffic stop and later crashed into a CHP patrol vehicle at Cobalt Road and Hook Boulevard. Yahancy’s passenger suffered major injuries and was transported to a hospital. Two CHP officers were also injured in the collision. Yahancy is under investigation for DUI, causing injury, and felony evading. We extend thoughts and prayers to the victims and their families.
