Pedestrian dies in hit-and-run crash near Paseo Del Lago

A tragic accident occurred on June 11 in Tulare, California, when Abraham Payeras was allegedly driving under the influence and struck two pedestrians near Paseo Del Lago and Viognier Street. Authorities said one victim later died from injuries, while another was hospitalized. Payeras was arrested on suspicion of DUI and gross vehicular manslaughter. The investigation is ongoing.
