Tragic accident that occurred on February 25th in Stonington, Connecticut. 91-year-old Chester Dean Andrews was hit by a snowplow and killed at Stoneridge senior living community. Initial reports are that Andrews was out for a daily walk when the crash happened. The driver reportedly works for a private plow contractor, and it was unclear whether he would face any charges as the investigation was active and ongoing.
